I just finished the 6 week challenge at Koko fit and I made my goal of losing 25.4lbs!!! John is an AMAZING trainer and Tracy is always so nice, welcoming and smiling. I love this gym. Everyone is so nice, the other members are so encouraging, it’s very clean, and obviously.... it works!! Thank you Koko fit and thank you John!! I haven’t been this weight since 15+ years ago and I feel so great!!!
I did the 6-week program and it was amazing. I followed the meal plan and put in the work and thanks to the trainers( Tracy and Johnny) at Koko Fit Harwich I was able to lose 33 pounds in 6 weeks. After the first week I was so excited to go to my trainings to see what new exercises they had for me, it was always different and exciting but quick and the results we're more than I expected. I feel great, I have more energy, and more confidence in myself. I would highly recommend Koko fit, they know what they're doing.👍
