Great place to workout for every fitness level. The fit coaches make all the difference, they make sure you are doing everything correct so that you don't get injured.

I absolutely love Koko! This gym has the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever experienced. I appreciate the individualized programs and feel like this is a routine that I will be able to grow with and stick to for years to come. The club is clean, well maintained and a fun place to get your sweat on.

You have a trainer with you all the time! It takes the guess work out of everything! And it's fun! You can see your results after every workout, and watch your progress. I've lost almost 30lbs. I will never stop! Do you KoKo?

Such a great gym - friendly employees and clients, super clean and very convenient being that you have 24-hour access as a member. I have worked out here for over a year and it's super easy to stick to my program because I can be in and out of there in 45 minutes and get a great workout. My strength has improved a ton since I started there. My only "complaint" is the price. I wish it were a bit more affordable.
