Great spot. Programs are helpful and staff have been terrific.
I’ve never been much of a gym person and my wife strongly persuaded me to join. One of the best decisions ever! The workouts were easy to learn and understand and I have been steadily able to achieve my fitness goals. I’m now accomplishing and staying consistent with coaching and community. But equally importantly, the owner and the trainers are absolutely amazing and incredibly supportive.
I've been coming to Koko for two years now, and over the last year in particular, have become obsessed with getting in my 12 strength sessions a month, and getting the little tag. Whatever it takes, right? But I'm seeing RESULTS! A week or so ago, I was helping a neighbor clean out her house (she's 35), hauling bags up and down stairs for several hours.
