This place is THE BEST. I hadn’t belonged to a gym in like 25 years. I had a real love/hate relationship with exercise and while it’s still not my favorite activity, Koko makes it fun and I feel a part of the community. Paul and the entire staff are great. I’ve been a member for coming on 12 years. I even convinced my husband to join and now we are work out buddies. If you’re looking for a gym that will give you real results, check them out.
