Left to my own devices I will phone in any workout. At Koko, you put your flash drive into the machines and they tell you what to do. Koko forces me to push myself. I love how all strength training is done on one versatile machine. Not everyone on the staff has always been physically fit, so they understand the struggle many people have to get and stay in shape. The support is positive and friendly. Plus every month there's a fun contest to help motivate those who wish to participate.
