I love the flexibility of going to KoKo as I can work it around my schedule. The workout is geared to my fitness level and I see results!
The best workout ever
The absolute best program I have ever used. It is completely automated, the machines choose your workouts and you keep pace with the exercises kind of like a video game. It’s super efficient, I’m done every time within 30 minutes and the workouts are great!
