Great place to workout for people of all ages. If you have never worked out regularly it a great place to begin. The usb gives you a customized workout based upon your performace.
Seth and his daughter Ella are the best personal trainers for all levels. They have great programs for student athletes in any sport.

I absolutely love KoKo! Would never workout at any other gym in town. A 20 minute drive is worth it. The staff is wonderful and they keep everything very clean and organized! 5 stars isn’t enough they deserve 100. Very happy with my experience here!
