Very unprofessional and very rude. Worst fitness center ever and way over priced. IF you want to get healthy, you can start by running as fast away from here as possible!
Best gym I’ve been to. Everything is simple and the workout programs just work. Would highly recommend.
This "boutique" facility is the first gyp that meets my needs. It is close to home, clean, convenient and cozy. The fact that I can go at anytime (24 X 7) that is convenient for me is icing on the cake. Rarely is anyone else in the gym at the times I go so it is definitely "Covid Protocol" compliant. The fact that it is a bit more expensive that other gyms is just an incentive to go more often!
