Top location, close to everything
October 2025 We were staying on the 23rd floor. The views were great and we were right near the beach. There is a shopping mall near as well. There is a gym, pool and a lounge on the 5th floor too.
Absolutely exquisite fully-serviced apartment with A+ ocean views. Great and central location in Broadbeach and the facilities (gym, pool, common lounge, BBQ) were excellent and plentiful. Our apartment was big and had an open plan with a generously sized balcony. And the staff were wonderful - remembered our anniversary and gave us a little gift and also granted our requests, which was amazing. Definitely returning here. Highly recommended. Well done Koko Team!
I wish I could give a zero rating. I had the worst experience of my life. The water pressure was extremely low, it was not clean at all, and I saw cockroaches and insects on my bed several times. There was no good view whatsoever. They took $200 from me as a bond and didn’t refund it without any reason. When I asked them about it, they responded in the rudest and most disrespectful way—especially the manager. The parking was very small and there was a constant risk of hitting the wall.
