Best location to saty in Goldcoast is Broadbeach.. The location is the best, views from rooms and blacony are best. Room sizes are small and the water force is not good enough. Parking is very cluttered and small. Apart from this overall good stay.
i love koko, the best option for a resort in broadbeach. prime position near the beach and next to every food option. the pool, the views, the play room. everything was unreal 10/10
Top location, close to everything
October 2025 We were staying on the 23rd floor. The views were great and we were right near the beach. There is a shopping mall near as well. There is a gym, pool and a lounge on the 5th floor too.
Absolutely exquisite fully-serviced apartment with A+ ocean views. Great and central location in Broadbeach and the facilities (gym, pool, common lounge, BBQ) were excellent and plentiful. Our apartment was big and had an open plan with a generously sized balcony. And the staff were wonderful - remembered our anniversary and gave us a little gift and also granted our requests, which was amazing. Definitely returning here. Highly recommended. Well done Koko Team!
