Enjoyed the stay at Koko. Apartment was well kept and clean had everything required. I felt comfortable there. Service ok not unfriendly but not overly welcoming either.

The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning and had the most amazing view. However, the cleaning policy was not great you were required to dispose of your own rubbish which meant lugging it down to the basement. As well not having our room cleaned or sheets/towels changed even though we booked for 5x nights, their policy is they only clean the room if you stay more than 7x nights which didn’t feel like a true hotel experience more like an Airbnb. We loved our stay at Koko. The location was absolutely perfect, so close to everything and the beach. The rooms were really nice too. Would definitely stay there again!

DONT book here! The reception staff are so rude. We booked a hotel room and ordered a cot. The cot mattress was a thin piece of mattress which was old and had bits missing out of it- in which we complained to housekeeping about. Nothing was remedied and they still charged our card. We then have been trying to get in touch about this but they went radio silence via email. Managed to eventually get in touch via the phone and spoke to the reception staff who were very RUDE and even hung up. This is not the first complaint about... read more

Cram as many small apartments in as you want. We get it, you need to make money….. but for the love of god, does it kill you to put in some decent share facilities and a functional car park. It’s not enough you want us all living like sardines but you want to make our lives as miserable as possible. These developers need to either go out of business or lift their game.
