Service can make or break a stay, and unfortunately Koko Broadbeach falls down terribly on service. The lifts went out for over 24 hours during our stay, and there was little communication, and no one on reception for most of the time. Staff had all gone home by 7pm Sunday leaving the residents uninformed other than a small generic note on the door. This is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, staff are friendly and helpful, would recommend to anyone from a couple to small groups.
Koko Broadbeach is one of the most stunning apartments I have ever stayed in. The service is exceptional, the apartments are spotless, and the beautiful beach views are absolutely breathtaking. Koko Beach was one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in as a family of five. It’s conveniently located close to Woolworths and plenty of restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed—just like being at home—and the beautiful beach views made our stay even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and even did a mid-week clean, providing fresh towels and changing the sheets. We couldn’t recommend Koko Beach highly enough and will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you!
