This is easily the most disturbing accommodation experience I’ve had. On our first night, security unlocked our room and allowed strangers to enter while we were asleep. One of them stood in our bedroom doorway. This was not a misunderstanding at reception — it was a complete failure of basic guest safety and access control. Room is so clean Location is great Price is reasonable
Fix the god damm lift
We stayed from 30th Dec to 5th jan. Let me list the positives first. Location is excellent. The room was clean and hi tech with modern appliances. The cleaning staff were spot on. 2 negatives ; only 1 elevator was working which meant long waits during peak holiday season which was annoying. And secondly when we checked in we arrived outside of regular hours which was fine. The helpline helped us find the key card but the parking gates would not open with the key card and we struggled with this for over an hour. When we got t... read more
