I can't say enough great things about this company. Had an issue with my tub, so I called Tony on Tuesday afternoon. He was at my house the following morning at 9:00 to repair the issue. Incredible service. The team here is always willing to help in any way they can. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks again!
I was considering possibly buying a new hot tub as I had several different issues with my old. Tony came to rescue and managed to replace some parts and I was able to keep my old hot tub and save me lots of money. Works wonderfully now. Very quick and efficient service. Highly recommend Tony!
STELLAR service! Our SpaBerry hot tub was not heating in the dead of winter, and Tony was able to arrange to ship the part I needed incredibly quickly - the same afternoon that I contacted him. His response time was much faster than going through my local hot tub seller, even though he is in another province. In addition to the fast, efficient service, he gave me tips for install, and then followed up to make sure everything worked. My only wish is that he was my local dealer - I would never shop anywhere else.
We had a problem with our spa and called Koko Beach for help. They were prompt and showed up on time. Found the leak and had it repaired quickly in a very efficient manner. We will definitely go with them if there are any issues with our spa again in the future.
My very reliable hot tub purchased from Koko Beach 7 years ago needed some servicing today. Tony was out to my house within 3 hours of me calling and had the maintenance and repair work done within another hour and a bit. The servicing and turnaround time was excellent, and the customer service was amazing! Thank you so much Tony and team!
