Tony and his entire staff are extremely knowledgeable about ALL hot tubs and their technical needs and requirements. I would highly recommend KoKo Beach hot tubs for all of your needs for hot tubs!! Hot tub heater went out during a cold snap, they responded quickly to my call and provided helpful tips to keep the hot tub from freezing prior to the repairs. They were at the home within 3 days and swiftly repaired the issue, as well as identify and repair a leak. Communication was constant throughoit the process and service work was completed in a timely manner. Will certainly reach out to them for future servicing.
Had a leak coming from a union connected to the heating tube on our hot tub. Called Koko beach, hot tubs and they were very quick to respond. Set up an appointment quickly and the work was done extremely well and definitely had no feeling whatsoever that they were trying to make the repair bigger than necessary, which was much appreciated. Exceptional customer service Tony truly went above and beyond when I ran into issues installing a new circuit board I purchased from him.
