Service team was amazing with the clean out and fresh start of the hot tub that came with the house we bought. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.
All around great experience buying our hot tub at koko Beach. Sali was a very helpful salesman and answered every question we had as first time tub owners and personally delivered our tub to pigeon lake to make sure we were set up properly thanks again! 10/10

Tony is a guy who listens and can provide knowledgeable expertise on what it takes, keeping your new or older spa, running in top form. At Koko, it is not just about closing the sale on a great product, it is in fact the after sales support where Tony and the Koko team really shine!
The staff at KoKo Beach were very helpful and knowledgable. We did not feel any pressure to buy when we were looking at spas in the showroom. The delivery was quick and everything is running great. We are very happy with our new Coast Spa.
Had a great experience buying and getting delivery/setup of our new Tokyo Platinum Spa. Tony and his team were great to deal with and everything happened as we discussed. Nice knowing we can always reach out to ask a question or request a service call. We kicked a lot of tires before deciding to purchase here. The value and the fun tub were impossible to beat!
