Ordered the Cuban Sandwich, Tostones and Pork belly. It was amazing! So glad we came here. Will definitely come back to try one of their entrees
Puertorican from Charlotte! Stopped here for the first time trying to find good boricua food and this place nailed it. Empanadas, arroz con gandules, arroz y habichuelas, queso frito, pernil, everything was on point. The vegan picadillo was a great option and well seasoned. Everything flavorful and food came in a timely manner. Great spot!
Charming little spot! I walked in randomly for a quick lunch on-the-go nearby (first time in Durham!) and found this place! Had been seeing empanadas all around me lately, but never tried them, so I gave them a try today! Did not disappoint. The cashier was also very friendly when I asked if I could get some recommendations! The "Abuela's Chicken" empanadas was my favourite 😋!
