In the fall of 2008, before moving to southern CA, I had a bridge redone in Dr. Kokas & Jacobs office. In fall of 2010 the inside porcelain of the bridge crumbled off the metal structure. I contacted the office, and the dentist agreed to redo the bridge if I would come to the office. I made two trips north to have the work redone.
