Reliable and straight-up. Full disclosure, I normally avoid dealership service centres, not just because I was given the advice, but also from experience with others. I've even been swindled by Ford dealerships elsewhere. I went to this Ford dealership reluctantly with some front end noise. Had a scary breakdown on our 2016 B20 Superduty. Ford corrected the issue and only charged us an hour for what would have been a costly turbo fix. Rod and his team are excellent! Kokanee Ford will always be our first choice!
