The team here are fantastic. We are both so very grateful for their attention to details. Without them, we would be driving an unsafe vehicle. We were driving through Creston to go on a holiday, but my 3 day new to me truck was making funky sounds with bad vibrations on the passenger side. Our battery died in the Save On Foods parking lot. Ethan came to the parking lot, boosted us and suggested a new battery. I followed him back to the dealership and he installed the new battery right away. All of this happened after their regular business hours. It has been a long time since we have experienced service like this from any business! We deeply appreciate the team at Ford getting us back on the road so we could continue to enjoy our vacation.
