We have been trying to get a sent to pain management. Kubo, Koji MD stated that he put in the referral a week ago. We have been going back and forth for a week with no success. I called the office and followed the prompts for referral. The gentleman on the line stated that the referral had been faxed since day one. Pain management states not received.
