I came for sushi, which was very fresh and delicious. I got a premium roll which was a large portion with beautiful display. They serve real wasabi and don't make a paste out of it to cut costs. My roll also had tempura crunchies which i found unique and very flavorful. The seaweed salad was also excellent. Very attentive service.
Food was amazing. We enjoyed the fried green beans. Sushi was on point. Ginger was fresh. The wings were definitely delicious. Loved the garlic chunks on the wings. We all had mochi to end the meal. We will return!
I'm in Salisbury for work and needed a hearty bite after a long shift. KOJI delivered! (I picked it up though, lol). I got the assorted tempura, avocado tuna salad, and a side of rice. I was left with extra tempura veggies for my lunch tomorrow, and the salad itself was filling! Good quality takeout containers, great for packing lunch. Thanks guys, for a good meal.
food was incredible! service was very welcoming and a great atmosphere to grab authentic korean and japanese food.
