Janusz is the very best renovation person I have ever used. He is everything you want - reliable, responsive and does high-quality work without the need for constant oversight. In fact, he was so good that after the full kitchen gut renovation (I fired the first team), one by one we did nearly every single room in the entire house. Two separate jobs at my home. One being a complete bathroom ripout and enlargement. Very pleased with the results. Wall construction, plumbing, electrical, tiling, sheetrock, painting and finishing woodwork all top notch. Janus and his crew were punctual, very talented and professional in every aspect. I will request Koja Construction to bid on all my future projects. I recommend.
