Worst interaction ever called the office of Dr. Koj. I was referred by another Doctor and I called multiple times when I was able to speak to someone the receptionist Kim was very rude would talk over would refer me back to the other Doctor without giving me any information and Kim hung up on me multiple times was not able to speak Kim would interrupt me everytime I would try to say something. I believe Kim shouldn't be aloud to speak to potential patients.

Never in my life has a receptionist (Kim) stooped to this level of low. First off she forget to give me directions to the office inside of the building and then have the audacity to call me a liar instead of taking ownership for a small minor mistake. Which by the way she blew way out of proportion. We are all humans we all make mistakes, but Kim I do not appreciate being called a liar and talked to in the most unprofessional tone I have ever heard in my life.
