Improper treatment of staff & managers
This business needs to work on its customer service. Both employees were very rude when I came in a few days ago. It was a young man with a hoodie and gauge piercings, and a middle-aged heavyset girl with brunette hair and a ponytail. They did not even say hi to me and were exchanging looks. My bowl was pretty good but I won’t come back due to the customer service. I ordered to-go because they seemed like they didn’t want me there.
Me and wife love this place, it’s our new obsession! We drive from South City to eat it weekly.
Our cashier Stephen was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menu and the bowls were excellent. I got the Tuna Trio bowl — yum!! Don’t forget a bowl of Miso Soup. Very good soup!!
A little pricy, but the portion size makes up for it. Poke is very good and the staff is very friendly! Drinks were a little watered down
