Great customer service from a gentleman with red hair that works there, unfortunately I didn’t get his name.
I went for my Uber pickup with the customer request with some extra sauces. The restaurant was so inconsiderate. First of all to give me customer request being pity asking for 50 cents and the owner is in the front and walking around and eating her food. Such unhygienic.
We’ve tried to support this local restaurant many times, but the ongoing issues with their loyalty app and management have made it really hard to keep coming back. On our last visit, none of our points were credited. This time, the app repeatedly said it needed an update—even though no update existed. We received a promotional email for 15% off our entire order, but because the app wouldn’t function (which was completely out of our control), they refused to honor the discount. Fish is not fresh, I got food poisoning from it. Bowl was 80% rice with very small portions of fish, very overpriced for what you get.
