I went in for a wheel alignment to fix a pulling issue, and after the service my car is actually worse. It now pulls in the opposite direction, and I have to hold the steering wheel noticeably off-center just to drive straight. I was also not given any alignment printout showing before and after specs, which is standard for this type of service.
