I liked the foot massage only. The scalp, shoulder and hands was very bad. Long nails scratched my neck. I'd recommend for foot massage only.
If you prefer a very gentle touch, this is the place for you. At moments I felt as if I was being tickled. After walking through nola it only made sense to seek out a nice firm foot massage. Other than that they kept asking us to extend the massage. It was uncomfortable telling them no repeatedly. They have only been in business since March of 2026. This means there is room to grow and improve. I hope that they do just that.
Koi Therapy is a spacious and clean massage shop, conveniently located away from the bustle but still nearby Bourbon street. It's worth the stop after a long day of walking around the city. The signage isn't big so it's easy to miss on maps. The staff at Koi Therapy speak very limited English but were still welcoming. We went in for a 30min foot massage, but the staff convinced us to do 20min per foot with added charge, which was fine by us because of the transparent pricing. Did the 50 minute one because she was so good. Not repetitive, felt very intentional and perfect pressure. If coming at night, I suggest bringing headphones though to block out the drunksters. I’m somewhat of a foot spa connoisseur and go to a lot of places and surprisingly enough this was legit one of the best ones I’ve gotten in awhile.
Everyone was very sweet and the massage was amazing! If you have a strict budget or needs, be sure to confirm them before you get started because they are so good, the upsell was totally welcomed! Recommend. Will return the next time I’m in town.
