I heard great things about this store so I decided to take a trip from Boca. Walked into the store and no one greeted me, in fact there wasn't anyone up near the entrance which I thought was odd, wasn't sure if it was actually open, I walked through a goldfish and koi room and saw some good looking koi but they were no price tags and they weren't labeled. “I’m unhappy with my experience with Koi Smart. The service was disappointing, responses were slow or unhelpful, and the fish I received were not healthy as advertised. I spent good money and expected quality livestock and better support. I would not purchase from them again.”

Seriously been looking for a good spot to get fresh water fish and this place has everything you need The employee I dealt with was super knowledgeable his name was pnut I’d highly recommend coming here if you want proper information on tanks mates and any other tank inquiries

Wow, this place was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, gorgeous fish and variety of sizes, colors, and styles. They took the time to let us pick up out exactly which ones we liked best and were very patient walking us through acclimation and care details. I highly recommend. Update: they still are amazing. Peanut is always so helpful, explaining about the different categories of koi, enthusiastic and patient allowing us to take our time and feel welcomed picking out or analyzing exactly which ones.
