Such an amazing shop with the kindest & most knowledgeable staff. Our first time here & we were greeted by Peanut with the biggest smile! He gave us a tour of their incredible facility, fully stocked with absolutely everything you could ever want from Koi to nano fish & aquatic plants. Peanut was so great with my kids & definitely helped instill a love for fish. I was able to find a wishlist plant and will be back for more! Thank you Koi Smart team, you rock Peanut!
Aqua Alex is the man! He’s the reason I keep coming back every week and keep ordering fish! As pure hobbyist and fish keeper it’s great to be able to feel welcomed and deal with someone who shares the same passion and has so much heart! Alex is the ONLY person who has pulled through for my orders and props to this establishment with people who have heart like him!
I stopped in about a month ago just to see some of the koi and goldfish! The young gentlemen who helped guide me through the store were very kind and respectful and this place is very well kept! You can tell the staff here love tropical fish and are super knowledgeable. I thought it wasn't open to the public, but the man with the glasses on the computer screen assured me it was and even told me to come back on Thursdays for new fish arrivals. Amazing tropical fish and Koi pond store! They have everything you need for your pond and aquarium! The Manager Johnny loves helping customers and it's a great team of coworkers! I'm happy to be part of the new staff at KoiSmart and the Aqua Box. Our tropical fish department can get any fish you want and we do a good job in caring for the fish! I highly recommend checking out KoiSmart and the Aqua Box! Come and ask for the infamous Aqua Alex from Aquatic Wetline!
