As respectfully as possible If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was highway robbery. I had 2 appointments scheduled that I have saved up for - for 2 years to finally treat myself after having 2 young children. I told my stylist who was overall very nice, exactly what I wanted. I told her I had vacation coming up (another thing I was looking forward to after years of being unable) I told her I wanted to be very blonde, I wanted dramatic changes and by the end I pretty much paid 330$ for a hair cut. Bri always does the best job on my hair! I used to always leave the hair salon not liking something but I have never felt that way with her!
Belle is so sweet. She did such a great job on my hair. I highly recommend her! The salon is nice and spacious, and the staff were all so friendly.
I don’t think this review speaks for the entire salon but it was a bad enough experience I won’t be back again. Alexis was a very sweet stylist and I almost didn’t write this review because of how kind she was, but I think it’s important for other clients not to feel how I felt leaving the salon. I got a bang trim from this stylist today that was completely botched.
