Great first experience at the salon. I’m usually worried about getting my sister’s hair cut because it is so thick and some find it hard to work with. But Raimey cut it into a super cute pixie cut just how we imagined. She went above and beyond with her hair care too. We left super happy! :)
(EDIT BEFORE READING THIS) I was given a full refund back very quickly which I am much appreciative of. I wrote this review when I was honestly not in a good mood but I will say, maybe it’s the hair type they had a hard time with, not sure but I see they do very good with blonde hair so if that’s your hair type they may be able to give you a very good experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Michaela and having her help fix a pixie cut I got from another salon about a month prior. It wasn’t at all what I was looking for and just didn’t love it. It looked like a grown out pixie vs a fresh one. Michaela worked her magic and I left the salon loving my new pixie. She took the time to listen to me, explained to me what she suggested and why. I booked an appointment with Raimey and asked for a "Topanga" haircut and blow out and she nailed it! She asked lots of questions to make sure she understood what I wanted and talked me through the products she was using to style my cut. Love my hair!
Natalie and Zoie have done such a great job, you can tell they really care about making whoever is in their chair feel beautiful. I always feel like they know exactly what I’m thinking when it comes to my style and color and can deliver!
