Kyle A review is Kyle arce owner blaming others for their property degradation that is due to their negligence. The last neighbors they rented to here are in prison and I had to live through hell for years with the trash living next door. Thank you Kyle and Nickiann Arce. They are responsible for the property is a joke. Trees are falling off their trees onto my home and property,but they will not take care of their property's trees. These bastards use people and tell them they are responsible for the property when they are supposed to be responsible, but they don't maintain the property once someone rents. The owner had a fence in their yard and came and cut down the fence, told me,a neighbor that has lived here more than 50 years that the trees that were inside the fence are now my problem. Nickiann arce is a real arse. They own properties in lake cable and screw everyone they come into contact with. DON'T rent from these assholes.
