Very disappointing experience at Koi Ramen. The green tea was excessively sweet and not enjoyable at all. When I politely explained that I was unhappy with the drink and requested a refund, the staff refused to accommodate me or offer any reasonable solution. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of customer service. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, I felt dismissed and unwelcome as a customer. Clean, incredibly well made food, huge selection, fine presentation, sweet staff, sake that tastes like spring in your mouth, and fast service make this one of our favorite places to add to our date nights.
