This restaurant was a great surprise in Salina. Great food and friendly staff. The pork bun is outstanding. Ramen is spicy.
I don’t ever do reviews but Koi Ramen was A+++++++ I had the Spicy Tuna Boul and substituted in fried Rice.
I came here from out of state for a week of training, and I’m heading back tomorrow. I love ramen and sushi, and I’ve tried all the ramen and sushi restaurants around here. Koi Ramen is definitely my favorite! The restaurant is very clean, even the restrooms are spotless, and the staff is really friendly. I heard they’ll be coming out with a new menu soon, but unfortunately I have to head back to the main office tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to come back and eat here again next time. You guys are the best!
