I worked with Big C to buy a couple koi from one of their online auctions and Michael with the shipping process. Both very welcoming and helpful and quickly responded to my questions. They made the process easy and smooth. 30 minutes after the koi went into my pond they already started eating and swimming with the other koi like they’ve been best friends since kindergarten.
