Did not honor gift card purchased through them. Send they changed their system. Terrible business practice!
I feel like I've been ripped off by these guys. They were hired to maintain my pond and by that I mean partial water change and cleaning the filter pads. The invoice I got after the fact included line items that were completely made up. The guy who who showed up couldn't properly attach the hose to the pump having to take the pump out of the pond 4 times and tossing it back in after reattaching the hose, this actually caused the rocks in the pond to be moved and resulted in damage to the liner.
