I make knives, (not folders) so it's important to me how a knife is made and presented. The Magpie knife ticks all the boxes. Absolutely love it. How about doing a kite hawk knife (spirit bird, keeps you safe)
Koi knives I received a beautifully crafted knife for fathers day last year. I've used other brands while I cooked commercially and I can honestly say you could not have a better well balanced knife. I've just taken it back to have it re.edged with the staff offering me service I've not experienced before nothing was to much trouble. My new knife for my birthday is exceptional. Amazing range of knives with very knowledgeable and passionate staff.
Ordered a a couple of knife sets over Christmas and had some issues placing order, we had a quick reply to our email and the issue was sorted out. We love our new knives, we were able to customize the handles a bit and nice and sharp and look and feel good.
