Far out these are AMAZING! Their pizza slicer is just incredible, outstanding engineering and manufacturing.

Signed up for the knife sharpening course and it was one of the best experiences I’ve done. The instructor was very informative, knowledgeable and patient. Was able to explain concepts easily and how to approach them in a methodical and logical way. Never felt rushed and questions were encouraged. I’ve worked as a chef many years ago and knew I picked up bad habits along the way. Have tried to watch videos on how to sharpen knives but getting in person training from a professional is the way only way to go. Highly recommend.... read more
