I want to start off by saying they were very helpful in finding me the koi I have been looking for. The problem is when they told me the fish was mine and they could ship it out Monday, they sold it to someone else. I’m not sure if this happens often but I have been looking for this specific koi for a little over a year and to get a call saying, “someone else sold it” was not ideal. It has been a while since this incident and I have called and emailed MULTIPLE times and gotten no response.
