He knows what he's doing. Does a great job and knows the system.
I believe he is a very fair and level headed. I would highly recommend him for legally consultation.
Now that the court case is over I can say attorney Korhs is terrible at his job as a GAL. He did not do full investigations into backgrounds, or follow up when lies were told. He sided with the father making him look like the father was a king. Probably because they both had military history. He made statements to the court that were not true. Horrible experience with this man as the GAL on my soon to be step-daughters case. Major lack of communication, extreme lack of investigation and was not out for the best interest of the child what so ever. ***ADD**- Again, “was not out the for the best interest of the child what so ever,” being the GAL on the case, as I already previously stated? If you ever get Brendon Kohrs as a GAL all I can say is hope he actually does an investigation seems to only do it to make few extra bucks. As my GAL he did not do 1 thing I asked him to do and never responded to anything. He failed a 10 year old child inwhich has to now continue to suffer because he only cared about playing lawyer. I only care about what's best for my daughter and he tries to make it about something else, can't imagine what he's like as a lawyer, but of course lawyer get paid hourly.
