I went in wanting to get a nice vanilla soft serve in a cup. Keep in mind I asked for a small just to not even get a full wrap around. She just dumped some ice cream in there. Looked completely unprofessional. And the amount of ice cream in it was horrid. Last time I went it was great. Now it just been a complete down grade.
The food matched the descriptions.
