Kohnen Concrete, whom I’ve had a contract with since they installed my aeration system 6 years ago, came out to check an alarm that was going off on my tank Tuesday. I will say, before this negative experience, the lady in the office has always been nice and the time I met a younger technician, he was friendly during one of the routine checkups.
