Had a problem with aeration system. Came out same day! Couldn’t really determine issue. Troy came out on his own following week to dbl check things. He found the issue and fixed it immediately , all while I was at work! Totally trust them. Excellent service and pride in their work.
They came out right away and fixed me right up. The cost was very reasonable and they were super nice and knowledgeable.
17 degree weather with windchill at zero today - service call nevertheless done by Michael to splice a broken wire and replace a blown reset button. Accurate diagnosis and repair with outstanding professional and courteous service. Been with Kohnen x 33 years and no reason to change!
Excellent service. We needed to get our water well working while waiting for repairs to be done on the house's plumbing. They arrived at nine a m and had replaced all the old equipment in the well and made sure the pump had power going to it by eleven. We had water for the critters. Thank you guys. Great job
