I was told my payment was returned even though it is auto drafted each month and had been just fine from September until February then boom! Suddenly it's returned. I was charged a $30 late fee. I paid the same day with the same account no problem! I had to submit my issue via email and even with my bank sending them a letter saying no bank info changed they refuse to refund my $30!!! Somebody tell me how to get rid of them!!!!
Kristin is always prompt in her response on any issue that I have ever had. At any time she may not have the answer she goes out of her way to find out and lets me know.
Whenever there is a concern in our community and I bring it to their attention they respond back in a timely manner.
