Our subdivision has experienced some challenges getting responses to inquiries, and getting reimbursements paid in a timely manner. Once a concern was forwarded to a Senior Director our issues were resolved the same day.
The representative was very polite and extremely helpful with my request..normally I don’t like to call but definitely she made it really pleasant
I was told my payment was returned even though it is auto drafted each month and had been just fine from September until February then boom! Suddenly it's returned. I was charged a $30 late fee. I paid the same day with the same account no problem! I had to submit my issue via email and even with my bank sending them a letter saying no bank info changed they refuse to refund my $30!!! Somebody tell me how to get rid of them!!!! After review and consideration, my $30 was returned.
