Ms Kristin Hoffman is an amazing lady. She was so kind to help me with my paperwork. I had questions. I went to the office and she looked at it. She was so kind to even bring me back the papers for fencing.
Worst management company ever. Ryan homes built a new build that has toxic mold in home and drywall dust circulating throughout house filled in air ducts. They won't notify forestbrook neighborhood of health concerns with drywall dust circulating in homes lining air ducts and insufficient attic ventilation. Cams allowed the HOA to fine me 9,500 while we had to sell our house because Ryan homes wouldnt properly address. It took 4 months of arguing until the Dtate came in and cited them 6 code violations.
