Couldn’t manage their way out of a paper bag. Only thing they are good for are petty violations and miscommunication. Every month it’s something new just to justify someone’s useless job. Nothing changes but somehow it’s a violation to make them feel like they add value by sending out a letter for something you need a magnifying glass to notice. Meanwhile there are houses looking like trailer parks that I’m sure get nothing. CAMS must stand for Constantly Assuring Mediocrity and Snitching
No one is there, they aren't helpful on the phone, and if you want to get noticed; fill out an online ticket. Does anyone know a better management company?
Approximately four weeks ago we sent a request for an architectural modification for our home. We filled out the application but there was obviously some other information that was required. It would have been much easier and taken less time if we had been informed about what was missing all at once instead of CAMS requesting one piece of information at a time making the process much more difficult, time consuming and complicated. Complete lack of accountability and communication. For three years, I have quietly absorbed the cost of repairing my lawn due to random drivers tearing it up. This year, my third time replacing the grass and soil, I finally contacted the HOA for guidance on what property barriers are approved by the bylaws to stop this.
