I’m giving 2 stars for 4 reasons. 1) They took almost 2 1/2 weeks to do my taxes. 2) They didn’t tell me that I had to pay out of pocket to get my taxes done until I got there to pick them up (I’ve gotten my taxes done at several other tax offices over the years and the preparers usually take their fee directly from the tax refund). 3) I was told because I was getting 3 years worth of taxes done that I’d get a good discount.. well I only received $10 off and ended up paying $290 for the 3 . 4) I received a significantly less... read more
Have taken great care of my families tax needs since moving to Michigan 7 years ago. Would not go anywhere else
Terrible Terrible! I filed february 7th still haven't received my taxes. They put the wrong address on my paper work when they filed them. I noticed the information was incorrect and called to let them know, Kyle never called me back. Now it's April 11th they have never returned any of my 4 phone calls and I can't get through to the irs. Big mess NEVER going back!! Miss you Ron
Taxes themselves are good. The problem is the lack of communication and the time it takes to get them back. They were late last year but I gave him another try this year. You can't get ahold of anybody. Phone goes straight to voicemail and it's always full. I went in during posted hours and it was closed. My friend and I dropped ours off the same day.
