Steve and Mark were great through the whole ordering and scheduling process. Paul and Jesse did a fantastic job of installing the floor. They were respectfully and efficient. The floor looks great, trim and carpet edges look great and the rooms were left clean. Price was good too! Thank you Kohls team, we will be back when we need carpet!
Great experience working with the Kohl's team on a carpet install. Sarah was a delight to work with and guided us in selecting the right carpet. Mark came out twice to ensure all measurements were correct. Lance and Wes, the installer team, did a great job in removing the old carpet, installing the new carpet and cleaning up after themselves. A truly professional team throughout! We will definitely use Kohl's for our future flooring needs.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience using Kohls Flooring America. From cracked LVP being installed to gaps in between LVP to gaps too big against our walls that shoe molding would not even cover it. Our work order stated to cut under door trim as new doors were being installed. The crew decided to cut around the door trim instead of following the work order even after my husband told them again on day one of installation. This was Kohls employees not hired out contractors.
