Every time we shop here the cashier is rude. If you don't sign up with them then you will not get the sale price. She was extremely rude to the elderly couple in front of us as well. Her tone and attitude was off putting to say the least. This will be the last time we shop here. Custom service should be important and this is why this store is always empty. It can take only a couple of employees to bring down a company. Wake up Kohls.
