I had a very disappointing experience at this Kohl’s location on September 25, 2025, at 9:13 a.m. I came in to return a pair of Nike shorts, and the associate at the counter, Sherri, provided extremely poor customer service. She saw me waiting but continued unboxing items without acknowledging me. When she finally spoke, her tone was rude and dismissive, asking if my return was from Amazon before even greeting me.
