Love kohls but the cashier was horrible. She was standing their leaning against the counter while we were waiting in line. After a bit she is like can I help you, and I said I didn't think you were open. She didn't great me, no smile, no how are you, no did you find everything ok. Throughout the entire transaction of a handful of items, I think she looked around, ignored me, and was more focused on everything else. She never told me my price. Dropped off Amazon returns process was really easy
Typical Kohl's, although I was only making an Amazon return, the lady wasn't particularly nice. Maybe just having an off day..
I went to Kohl’s to return something from Amazon, and the process was super quick and easy. I really like that they give you a 20% off coupon afterward , it definitely encourages you to browse around. I walked through the store and they had a great selection of fall and seasonal items, plus some really good sales going on. I didn’t end up buying anything that day, but I’ll definitely be back!
