The lady named Camille, I think her name is, was so friendly and helpful when using my kohls credit card and explaining how many rewards I’ve built! I didn’t know I could use. Sweet lady, clean store! Lately, great friendly customer service!!

My first time entering this Kohl’s location. I am usually a fan of buy online pick up in store because it’s minimal interaction and straight forward. Well I got into the building, couldn’t even find any employee to ask to guide me where the pick up station is for them, besides the one older lady at the register who was busy doing her job checking people out.
