Horrible service doctor prescribe my a knee scooter for a surgery i was paying for it up from insurance company was going to reimburse me the scooter was $315 out the door. The owner said that the insurance company wasn't going to pay what he paid for it and that The VA who my insurance is through is lying to me. So even tho it was written with a cript saying it was a medical necessity they refused to fill the script because he didn't want to take what the VA insurance was going to pay. The customer came in wanting a knee scooter. They had a prescription but no other documentation required by *******, the VA insurance carrier. They wanted the scooter immediately and we offered to sell it to them with correct forms so that when they got the required documents from their doctor, they could file for reimbursement themselves. The husband understood this and was agreeable, but the wife was having trouble comprehending and got upset. The husband thought he would take her home. That is where we left it.
