Hot water heater broke down after less than 2 years of him installing it. Day one: Said he would be able to stop by. No show, no call. Day two: Called him said he would come. He got really busy. No show, no call Day three: Called him. He said he would be out around 3:00. No show, no call Day four: Said he was waiting on a part ( never came to the home yet) said the part was coming in from UPS around 11:00 then he would be out.
