Kohler Store in Plano has been fantastic to work with. Barbara and her team have been great every step of the way from helping me choose the perfect kitchen sink and faucet, processing my order, and keeping me in the loop with expected arrival of all things pretty! I’m so excited to get everything installed and see the transformation. Thanks Kohler team!
If I could give this store more stars I would. I spoke with Barbara trying to find Kohler shower head, hand shower kit, diverter and other items. I was told by another establishment all items would take six to 10 weeks. I’m needed those items to complete a collection I had chosen and was panicking. Barbara was cheerful, kind and had encyclopedic knowledge of everything Kohler! She saved the day and my sanity. Can’t recommend this place enough. If you are looking for Kohler items, they will have it in stock!

I have been very pleased with the Kohler store in Plano Texas while planning a bathroom renovation. You made the process so easy. A special thank you to Barbara for all of her help in finding the right product! I am very pleased with my purchases and can't wait until the renovation is complete.
Karen went above and beyond to inform me about the bar sink and faucet I was purchasing. If you need excellent service ask to see Karen, she is the best. Also, you can’t go wrong with a Kohler product! I highly recommend this store for sales and knowledge. It is one of the best I’ve been too.
