The showroom is beautiful with a large selection of fixtures. Karen provided excellent service and communication during the ordering and delivery process.

Brick helped my wife with some bathroom fixtures and was extremely helpful. One of the item’s arrived damaged and he was quick to reorder the item and have it shipped back to us without any hassles or red tape. Would recommend anyone looking for bathroom or kitchen fixtures to look him up!
Shopping at the Plano kohler store was such a pleasant experience. We decided at the very last minute we needed a smaller profile toilet in the guest bathroom. We were able to drive to the pickup location and have it in our home within an hour. Barbara the store manager assisted us. She was even kind enough to send me a link for the diffuser and the oil scent they use in their store. If you are redoing an area in your home…. Definitely stop by the Preston and Park location. I made a rather small purchase at the Plano Kohler store. My sales consultant Brick Boyett was extremely helpful. He treated me as if I was buying a whole new kitchen and his manager, whose name unfortunately I don’t know, also joined in. The two of them made my experience extremely positive. I will definitely be going back to them when I need anything for my bath or kitchen.
