I am so pleased with the service I received at the Kohler Showroom Store at Preston and Park in Plano. We had a chance to get our bathroom remodel project started earlier than expected which meant getting components, including the bathtub, together very quickly. I spoke with Barbara late on a Friday afternoon and the tub was delivered Monday morning. Upon unpacking Tuesday morning, a small chip was discovered on the front of the tub. Parts in stock! I was given long lead times for ordering parts from Kohler through my local plumbing store. 60 days for shower column and 80 days for a showerhead. I called the Kohler Store Plano on a Friday, Barbara looked up parts I needed. They had everything in stock. Parts were all delivered by the following Thursday.

I decided to check out the Kohler Store at Park and Preston. They have a huge assortment to choose from on display. It is so nice to be able to see and touch items. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a great experience working with them!
