We just received our Kohler products for a bathroom overhaul. Sunstruck tub, glass Whist sinks, Lodern vanity, 3 shower heads & 5 body sprays & more. We went in knowing (mostly) what we wanted but were stuck in the final stages. Barb & Brock came alongside to offer excellent & much appreciated guidance in coordinating colors/metals, but more importantly confirming our plans would actually work, helped design the thermostatic control systems, & made sure we had all necessary components. What a wonderful experience with Barbara! I called needing faucets that matched existing faucets for our master bathroom fast! Barbara spent 30 minutes on the phone with me and found in stock, ready to pick up beautiful matching pieces. She saved me a day of driving around and a lot of stress! Really appreciate the customer service.
We were greeted immediately after entering store by every sales associate, even while they were assisting others. The store was bright and clean. Our sales associate was Karen Hall, she was energetic, pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. She was just as excited about our Sea Salt farmhouse sink purchase as much as we were. The selection at this store was far greater than NFM and pricing was the same. Highly recommend for all your Kohler needs.
