She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to show us a variety of products that matched our style and project needs. Throughout the week, she continued to help us make updates and stayed within our budget. Her communication, professionalism, and warm personality made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Made appt but was a no show!! Never called to cancel nor reschedule!!! Forget it... calling someone else!!!

Awesome Customer service ! I stopped by yesterday for some ideas and was fortunate to meet Shrima a design consultant there, who guided me throughout the store and showcased some of the amazing offerings that they have. I initally went for a kitchen faucet but was inspired to change more than just that. She even offered color match samples so that I can make the right choice. Great service. Thanks Shrima
