Amazing service! We worked with Andy Garcia who was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. He spent time with us and gave us the exact time frame and information on the items. This is after we spent $5,000 on merchandise at Furgeson in Fort Lauderdale who messed up our order and their customer service was horrible; we would never go back there. I have seen a lot of different shower heads, but coming to Kohler was the best decision. I got to design my own shower head how I wanted. The experience was amazing. Michael the sales associate was the best.
