We went to the Kohler showroom in Pinecrest, FL and Melinda Tucker, the design consultant was absolutely fabulous! We needed many components for a new home build, and her professionalism, knowledge and expertise turned this into a wonderful experience. She guided us to many items we probably wouldn’t have noticed without her insight. We’re thankful that she made this as easy as she could for us and was very quick to send us her picture book the same day so we could get it to our builder. Thanks again, Melinda!

After several disappointing trips to other stores, this showroom had everything that I needed. The displays were nice, selection was great and customer service was the highlight. Melinda was professional, polite and went out of her way to help me get everything I needed. I will definitely be back for future projects.
Absolutely outstanding customer service! We were greeted and helped by Andy Garcia. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure we were informed about the shower fixtures we were shopping for. We felt valued and well taken care of. Highly recommend.
