I called the store and Johanna Bornemann answered the phone. She was AMAZING. She took care of EVERYTHING with aplomb. What a pleasant experience!

I visited the store because I needed to replace my broken kitchen Kohler faucet. Johanna, one of the consultants, immediately let me know that Kohler products are guaranteed for life, something I didn't recall, and she immediately used her direct line to call. With little wait, Kohler let me know they would send me a whole new faucet at no cost, and it's beautiful! It's a great store! We bought our bathroom fixtures there as well and had a very good experience getting help.
