Extremely satisfied with the service we received. I definately recommend the store in King of Prussia. The staff were responsive to our needs and presented us with numerous options. We had shopped at other locations, this store gave us better service and value.

Ordered a few things. Decided to make the 30 min drive instead of ordering online so that I wouldn't make any mistakes in sizes and what to order. While the sales clerk was helpful and nice, one of the parts ordered was wrong. When I tried to return the item and exchange for the right part, I was informed there's a general 25% restocking fee and unfortunately the one part that was wrong is not allowed to be returned. My husband and I decided to do alittle changes to our bathroom . The sales rep Johanna was a delight . Very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened and made sure we got exactly what we wanted .
