I visited the store because I needed to replace my broken kitchen Kohler faucet. Johanna, one of the consultants, immediately let me know that Kohler products are guaranteed for life, something I didn't recall, and she immediately used her direct line to call. With little wait, Kohler let me know they would send me a whole new faucet at no cost, and it's beautiful! It's a great store! We bought our bathroom fixtures there as well and had a very good experience getting help.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR! They will share your personal information to another store and prevent you to get the best price you can receive. They even called another store and informed them that customer called to inquire about pricing and shared my personal information without any of your permission. Absolutely ridiculous! Excellent customer service!! Kristen is wonderful! Has excellent advise and knowledge! She also gets back to you quickly and has made this difficult process very pleasant!
