Nicole was super helpful. Great showroom. Lots of directions for everyone.
My old kitchen faucet (by American Standard) broke recently so I had to find a replacement quickly. Bhakti Parmar was great to work with in the showroom. The faucet was ordered around 12noon on a Friday and it was delivered the next day on Saturday by 9pm thru UPS. We're super happy with how the Components pulldown faucet looks and functions! Great product!

I worked with Steve Puopolo at the Kohler store in Burlington for months on a two bathroom complete remodel. I could not give a higher recommendation to anyone. Steve's product knowledge is beyond compare. His professionalism, patience and memory is nothing short of amazing. I can’t say enough about Nicole Verbeek. She is fantastic! She clearly loves what she does and is extremely knowledgeable. She truly cares and goes “the extra mile” to be sure the customer is really getting things right. I couldn’t ask for a better partner in designing our small bathroom space into something new and beautiful while always keeping us focused on practicality and function at the same time. Anyone who gets to work with Nicole is fortunate, indeed.
