Jae was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. She made all our decisions easy. I couldn’t be happier with the way my kitchen and bathrooms have turned out. My husband and I walked into The Kohler store in January 2025. We had no idea where to start and we were incredibly overwhelmed. Then we met Stephen Puopolo. He helped us to meticulously pick out every detail while we were in the store but then would follow up with an email. He never made us feel pressured and worked with our budget.
