The Kohler store was patient and gave me great advice. Elena Mancini, Oscar and the Sales Manager went as far as to find an item in stock with a competitor that they could supply 8 weeks. I purchased from Kohler because they worked hard for all my business! I will always go back here for all future needs!

We worked with this showroom to select all fixtures for a bathroom renovation. For anyone using this showroom, I'd recommend independently verifying parts compatibility yourself. You take the full risk and remediation costs for any issues that arise from their guidance. While working with them, we ended up pairing a Bellwether bathtub with an Elate tub spout. Myself and my sister are remodeling our bathroom. We decided early on that we really wanted gold hardware/fixtures. We initially had a lot of trouble finding what we were looking for. It was so difficult and frustrating that we were going to change the color schemes we originally chose.
