Home renovations can be stressful and overwhelming. Working with Nicole Verbeek at the KOHLER Signature Store by Supply New England was one of the more positive experiences we had during the design and renovation of our home. Nicole assisted us with with fixture selections for our kitchen, primary bath and powder room. During construction, Nicole was incredibly responsive, as field issues arose, to help us find alternative solutions and control costs. Get to this showroom and work with these folks. You'll be glad you did.
Came during store open hours as indicated on the website and on the front of the store door. Store is shut up tight and there is no response on the phone. Next door at the Marvin showroom they say we are the fourth group today trying to visit Kohler and finding them unexpectedly closed.
Went there on a Saturday at 3pm, when the store was supposed to be open according to their webpage. It was closed. Someone from the window store next door told me another 4 persons had gone asked them if they knew why Kohler was closed (including a couple who had driven from Maine! 🤯). Unacceptable that they didn’t change the hours online.
Renovated two bathrooms with the help of Sarika and couldn’t have been more pleased. Sarika made it easy to go through all that would be needed, presented options in an easy to understand way, and made sure I was choosing quality products that not only looked good but had solid features, some of which I didn’t even appreciate until I was actually using! I recently had the pleasure of working with Hafzat and I was very satisfied for her professionalism and expertise. She guided ne through the entire selection process answering all my questions and offering valuable insights. Her knowledge @ Kohlers is impressive. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of quality bathroom abd kitchen fixtures.
