This Kohler store was fabulous to work with! The design advice was super helpful, plus they were able to recommend items to stay in budget. We had an item that arrived damaged but they found a replacement the same day, so our construction schedule was not impacted. Melissa was our go to person. She is an absolute genius in helping you realize a vision.
Absolutely wonderful experience ordering from this store in Westport. Ask for Gina, she is the best!! It was my first time placing a large order and her expertise was so helpful. Ive met Melissa Sherwood almost 2.5 years ago. And she treats you like family. I call with specific request and she is always quick to respond. She does not coerce you to buy products, she has outstanding knowledge of the business. Truly if it was not for her I would be lost. If you like to buy expensive products and be forgotten about years and even weeks later like a car salesman than Melissa is not for you. Old school customer service and that is the reason I return to Melissa for everything. Even toilet seats.
A bit over priced. I made a purchase was told I received a discount only to learn all the items I ordered were almost the same price of the Kholer website. No need to go to this store unless you want to touch and feel the products and need hand holding
We visited the Kohler Westport store for our master bathroom renovation and had an excellent experience. Gardner was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our budget. He took the time to explain our options thoroughly and guided us through the selection process with care. Gardner was fantastic to work with and made everything easier. We highly recommend Gardner and the entire team at the Westport Kohler store to anyone planning a bathroom project.
