Very disappointing experience at the Kohler store in Westport. I came in looking for a kitchen faucet in the $1000 range and expected much better service. The salesperson never introduced himself and seemed uninterested and almost irritated by my questions. He simply answered what I asked, offered no suggestions or guidance, and even pointed to products with a nod rather than actually assisting me. During our bathroom remodel we worked with several members of the Kohler Store - Westport team and couldn’t have had a better experience. Gina was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we navigated the different lines of fixtures at the Kohler store. With her help we were able to quickly get a proposal comparing the lines we liked which allowed us to narrow down the line, finish we liked and other things such as tub, toilet and lighted bathroom medicine cabinets. Melissa was very helpful on Gina’s day off when we had a few technical questions and questions about a tub selection. Great experience and it made this task not only easy but fun. We can highly recom... read more
