The service at Kohler was great, as always. Garnder was so helpful. He saved me a trip by discussing the product over the phone, and he was able to order exactly what I wanted. He was so friendly and customer-focused. Kohler is fortunate to have him on board, and I appreciate all the great service from the entire Kohler team!
Excellent service in a friendly, welcoming manner provided by Mark. He took the time to understand the project and walked us around the store to assist and provide outstanding advice.
We always have a wonderful experience at Kohler and this time was no exception. Gardner was relentless in tracking down the last remaining unique toilet seat that we've been trying to secure for the past year.
