My 2 bathroom projects included 2 defective items and 25% of items on back order. In short, defects, delays happens, however I expected full service i.e., assistance with getting replacement for the defective items, and returns. The signature store is a 3rd party that simply makes the sales, and if there are issues, the store refers you to their online Grof system or suggests going to Kohler. Dinali is awesome I’m a previous customer and came back again because Ms. Dinali knows her job well all big and small details of all orders which makes it much easy for me not to try to figure out all details go with my project A true professional and a perfectionist in designing , I was very lucky to have Dinali as my sales rep for two projects at different times . This morning I called and talked to Teresa. She had such a great attitude over the Phone that it made my day. She was so helpful in finding out if y'all had a faucet that had been phased out by Kohler.
