Overall an average experience at best, with some good moments but much unnecessary frustration. The designer I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and had some good ideas. This was the high point - and came before I placed an order. After this the experience went down hill. Unfortunately some of the items they said were in stock when I placed the order were actually on back order. Extremely professional, helpful staff and beautiful showroom
From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted warmly and professionally by Shamim.She walked us thru our bathroom remodel and we feel so confident in our choices. I am beyond grateful for her undivided attention to every detail.

My 2 bathroom projects included 2 defective items and 25% of items on back order. In short, defects, delays happens, however I expected full service i.e., assistance with getting replacement for the defective items, and returns. The signature store is a 3rd party that simply makes the sales, and if there are issues, the store refers you to their online Grof system or suggests going to Kohler.
