Overall an average experience at best, with some good moments but much unnecessary frustration. The designer I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and had some good ideas. This was the high point - and came before I placed an order. After this the experience went down hill. Unfortunately some of the items they said were in stock when I placed the order were actually on back order.
