I had a fabulous experience working with Paul at the Eatontown Store. His attention to detail and customer service was top notch. He intuitively understood our taste, style, and lifestyle needs within our budget. Deliveries were timely and communication excellent. I highly recommend Paul and Kohler.
Previous purchases have gone okay. However, after spending $8,000 on plumbing fixtures for this project, we ordered a vanity we looked at in the showroom (that came in white or black) by phone after our purchase, and specified black. When the contractor went to install it (yes a month later, it's construction), we realized that it's white.
