The best part of my home renovation has been finding this store and working with Alyssa Baratz! She is quick, responsive, an expert at what she does, helps find beautiful things at a great cost, and has been one of the main foundations of the entire project who I can always depend on to provide excellent customer service and technical support. We recently did a guest bathroom remodel in our Georgian style house. I wanted to convert a bath with a tub/shower combo to a more modern updated style.....but with a classic sense. We met Christian Sorlorzano at Kohler's Paramus, New Jersey Showroom and he helped us in through the process. My wife visited this store yesterday to replace two faucets. Tracy Wynter was the sales representative that attempted to help my wife but instead was rude, condescending, unprofessional and judgmental because my wife had a hard time explaining what she was looking for since English is not her first language. However my wife still purchased the two faucets.
