What kind of business culture happens here???? I bought a faulty fixture and got nothing but a run around on how to get it fixed. Associates not answering my correspondence, associates passing the buck to others, what a nightmare. I was eventually turned over to Kohler for warranty. No recommendation here... in fact, don't go to General Plumbing Supply. I never will again.
I guess Alyssa wasn’t there the second time we visited, well before closing. We walked in and they ignored us. We were looking at kitchen faucets and the associates pretended we weren't there. At some point we were the only customers there. You can get better service at a Home Depot.
I don't get what's the point of review section if the actual reviews of mistreated customers that express their frustration gets taken down where they sell a product that they don't even stand behind when things go wrong , to me this store has been nothing but trouble .since their door front says Kohler which attracts customers who are unaware that's it's nothing general plumbing supply . Which will send you off with a Kohler customer service print out to contact when the equipment is defective.
Eli went truly above and beyond to help me after I accidentally broke my toilet tank lid. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a great experience because of his patience, knowledge, and willingness to help. He took the time to track down exactly what I needed and made sure I had the right solution, not just a quick fix. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and puts in extra effort like Eli did. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone—outstanding service all around!
