I called to see if I could get replacement hardware for a Kohler toilet seat I had purchased from another retailor. The hardware was missing from the box when I opened it. Cassie tried to find me a suitable replacement, but when she couldn't, she offered to ship me a new toilet seat. She went out of her way to make the process simple and assured me it would arrive in time for me to install it before my out of town guests arrived.
