After visiting stores that didn’t seem to want to help me if I wasn’t a designer or working on a large project, I was feeling a bit defeated. My experience couldn’t have differed more with Jess at Kohler. Thank you for taking time to help me find options that worked for my small powder room remodel. I wasn’t rushed or blown off. She even suggested options outside the store for details they do not provide. I’m excited to see the finished product that she carefully helped me choose.
Jessica Rakow at Kohler is the best! We had such a great experience working with Jessica on our bathroom renovation. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through every decision without ever making us feel overwhelmed. I recently had a very positive experience shopping at the Kohler store with my best little gal Emily! Not only is she a fountain of information and extremely detailed… crossing off all the boxes of efficiency, but her kind and caring demeanor made the entire experience so wonderful. It can be stressful, trying to pick permanent fixtures for your home, Emily made the experience very calming, and I felt very confident with her knowledge base assisting me with my decision!
